Stratford conducts custodian searches using a process similar to that for investment managers.  A key component is the client specific requirements that are incorporated in the selection process.  Onsite visits are normally a part of the search. In addition to a review of capabilities, emphasis is placed on each custodian’s ability to meet the client service needs of the organization.  Fee negotiation, contract review from an investment perspective, and close oversight of asset transfers are normal components of our custodian search and selection process.  Stratford will research and recommend custodial and trust providers that best meet the needs of the client.
