Stratford conducts defined contribution plan record keeper searches using a comprehensive, in-depth proposal process.  Client specific requirements are incorporated in the selection process.  Negotiating administrative fees and providing access to top-tier investment options are key components of the search process.  

Defined Contribution Manager Monitoring

Stratford follows the same manager research and monitoring process for defined contribution plans as for institutional investors.  We monitor the performance, investment style and organizational stability for each option in the defined contribution line-up.  Recommendations for terminating, replacing or adding options are made on a regular basis.
